Below are links to news articles that are based on the murder of Avery Cupcake Hobbs who died as a result of a heinous assault July 29, 2016. Avery’s battle was lost early afternoon on August 1st 2016. Her death was found to be a homicide and her mother, Britney Roll Mayes, was charged & convicted of her murder. Britney Roll Mayes custody of Avery was overseen with a case plan & protection order via Hamilton County, Ohio Child Protection Services who failed Avery is every sense of the word. The trial scheduled to commense in 2021 was cut short by a deal offered by Hamilton County Prosecutor to Britney Roll Mayes. Mayes accepted a life term with the possibility of parole after twenty years served. 

Justice? I think not!
